Pilot Builds

TriE's in-house pilot build process can produce quick builds and prototypes for testing.
Do you need 1 to 500 devices to meet your clinical/usability study needs? Clients look to TriE Medical to bridge the gap between prototype development and full production. During the pilot build, TriE prepares a full manufacturing package, refines the manufacturing process, designs custom printed circuit board test fixtures, and builds the devices while maintaining essential documentation and Device History Records for traceability.
Custom test fixtures are instrumental to printed circuit board manufacturing. TriE develops the hardware, software and mechanical package for custom test fixtures that are used for in-circuit testing, voltage thresholds, and timing sequences. Upon completion of the test fixture development, a documentation package is finalized, which includes IQ, OQ, and PQ.
After the pilot build, TriE can work side by side with you to transition to high volume manufacturing. TriE will transfer all design files, test fixtures, and schedule meetings/conference calls with the high volume manufacturer for an effective product transfer. Throughout the transition process, TriE provides continuous product support.
